The quality of the Recovery and Resilience Plan is more important than the speed of payments, said Tsvetan Kyulanov, Head of the European Commission's Representation in Bulgaria.
In his words, the European Commission usually assesses the Member States’ recovery and resilience plans within two months after submission. Following the Commission, the Council approves the document within a period of one month, Tsvetan Kyulanov explained.
