This document gives entry everywhere,” Minister Katsarov added.
“People without a green certificate can get a test at the entrance of restaurants, bars, gyms, cinemas, theatres, the tests will be free of charge,” Deputy Minister of Health Alexander Zlatanov, on his part, said for BNR.
