University students want more time before introduction of green certificate

The decision for introduction of a "green" certificate on October 21 as a condition for in-person training of students is hasty, the National Representation of Student Councils said. In an interview with BNR, they added that it would be right to provide a period of one month in which students, teachers and staff could get vaccinated and receive the document.

Given the very low vaccination rate in the system, the result would be transition of most universities to an online environment tomorrow, Daniel Parushev, chairman of the organisation said. According to him, students should have the right to in-person training also with a proof of antibodies against Covid.
