An order by the Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov came into force on October 21, according to which a requirement for a "green Covid-19 certificate" is introduced. The certificate is needed to enter large stores /with the exception of food stores/, restaurants, discos, cinemas, theaters, museums. A certificate will not be required to enter grocery stores, banks, pharmacies and public transport. The measure does not apply to the administration and the churches.
