Rising interest in European green certificates

Photo: BGNES

Higher interest in testing and vaccination points has been marked in Bulgaria after the entry into force of the requirement for presenting a "green certificate" when entering a number of indoor venues.

More than 1 million European green certificates have been downloaded from the National Health Information System. On October 20, a total of 50,000 documents were downloaded as 65% of them were requested after 7 p.m. Many of the Bulgarian citizens with green certificates have them on paper as they receive them from their GPs or vaccination centers.

People can download their electronic version of the certificate from https://www.his.bg/bg/dgc and store it on their mobile devices.
