The return of children to school, especially those up to the 4th grade, along with providing the maximum guarantee of their health, should be a priority of the caretaker government. This was what President Rumen Radev said at an extraordinary meeting with ministers on measures against Covid-19. Minister of Health Stoycho Katsarov said this would be possible if appropriate tests were provided and parents agreed to the testing.

"Measures must be proportionate and non-discriminatory. Vaccination should never be a result of coercive methods. It must be a voluntary decision of people who not only take care of their health, but also realize their responsibility towards their beloved ones and the society." That is how President Radev commented on the latest anti-epidemic measures adopted by the cabinet.
