56,500 applications for voting abroad received

The Central Election Commission - CEC has approved the number of polling stations abroad for the elections on November 14th. Voting will take place in 756 polling stations abroad. The number may change because permission is still expected from some countries. Compared to the elections of July 11, 2021, the number of stations has declined by 35. The largest number of polling stations is expected to be opened in the United Kingdom – 132; Turkey follows with 127. "The number of applications submitted for voting are 56,500. For July 11 there were over 71,000 application,” CEC spokeswoman Rositsa Mateva said.
