According to Dr.Mindov the medication, that will be free of charge to the public, will only be for patients with complications. Some of the medicines are injected and cannot be applied at home, others are not available in pharmacies. Another problem, pharmacists say, is that according to the rules now in place, a free e-prescription can only be filled by one pharmacy.
