Minister of Justice Yanaki Stoilov appointed constitutional court judge

By presidential decree Yanaki Stoilov, Minister of Justice in the last two caretaker cabinets, is appointed constitutional court judge. He will be replaced by Ivan Demerdzhiev, currently Deputy Minister of Justice, President Rumen Radev announced at a briefing.

President Radev also commented the procedure for the withdrawal of the authorization of the security company Delta Guard, launched by the Interior Ministry with the words: “The time of small-time despots is over, Bulgaria is a democracy in which there is no place for private militias.”

Rumen Radev also criticized former PM Boyko Borissov for his words that expired vaccines are being used in this country, saying that he was playing around with the fears Bulgarians have.
