Commission for Protection of Competition initiates proceedings against Lukoil Bulgaria for abuse of a dominant position

The Commission for Protection of Competition has initiated proceedings against the fuel trading company Lukoil Bulgaria for the abuse of a dominant position. The inspection follows a signal by another company in the sector - OMV Bulgaria, the reporter of the Bulgarian National Radio Yuliana Kornazheva informed.

 "Our company supports the compliance with the competition law, which is essential for a healthy and fair business environment",OMV Bulgaria said for the BNR. Representatives of Lukoil Bulgaria said that they would not comment on the inspection at this stage.
