Covid-19 antibody tests can only be used as a document for the existence of imunity, if they are made once in three months, the expert councils in clinical immunology, virology and clinical laboratory recommend in connection with the possibility considered by Bulgaria’s Ministry of Health to issue green certificates to people whose antibody test result is positive

Experts also note that the minimum protective titer of antibodies protecting against SARS-CoV-2 has not yet been determined. However, they assume that there is a reliable immune response if binding antibody units exceed 130 per ml.
