Students in 15 districts of the country will continue to study online until the delivery of 200,000 Covid-19 tests, ordered by the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education has reported. Parents and teachers will be notified as soon as the tests arrive and will have at least two days in advance to prepare for the resumption of attendance classes for children in grades I to IV.

Young students in 13 districts that already have the necessary tests and whose parents agree their children to be tested twice a week, can return to class on Wednesday, November 10th.

The Ministry of Education says that only the positive Covid-19 tests of the children will be kept and disposed of following a special procedure. The negative tests will be disposed of in compact bags and into the mixed domestic waste containers.
