Pavlina Panova is the first woman to have been elected chair of the Constitutional Court since it was established in 1991. She has been a member of the Court since 2018 from the quota of the Supreme Court judges.
Pavlina Panova has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the St. Kliment Ohridski University, Sofia and has specialized law in the Hague, in Germany, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland and France.
