73 Bulgarian researchers feature in Stanford University's top 2 % scientists list for 2021

73 scientists from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski ”, the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and other Bulgarian universities entered the list of the world's top 2% scientists for 2021 prepared by Stanford University, USA. Bulgarian researchers from various fields take a place in the ranking in competition with their colleagues from around the world.

Among them is Acad. Nikolay Denkov from the Faculty of Chemistry and Pharmacy, current Minister of Education and Science.

In last year's ranking of Stanford University there were 50 Bulgarian scientists, BNR reported.
