Election day begins in USA and Canada

Election day for the second round of the election for President and Vice-President for the Bulgarian citizens in USA and Canada has begun; it has just ended for our fellow-countrymen in Australia.

The polling stations on the East coast opened at 2 PM Bulgarian time, the Bulgarian Foreign Ministry has announced. In USA Bulgarians can vote at 55 polling stations, in 8 of which using machines. In Canada the number of polling stations is 16, at 2 of which there are voting machines.

Bulgarian citizens can vote at the Bulgarian embassies in Cuba, Mexico, Argentina and Brazil.
