Prof. Minekov stated that “the Ministry has no relations with Trud newspaper”, and asked why an extraordinary session of parliament had not been called when the Bulgarian National Radio was taken off the air.

The caretaker minister of culture confirmed he would invite GERB party to move out of their political headquarters in the National Palace of Culture.

Minister Minekov stated that, as tenant, the party was to blame for the dire financial situation of the National Palace of Culture. GERB party called on Velislav Minekov to step down from the parliamentary floor as he was not answering the questions he was being asked in essence.
