Thursday will begin with minimum temperatures of 9° C. below zero in some parts of Western Bulgaria, and up to 4° C. on the Black Sea coast. During the day there will be sun. A moderate wind from the West will push up daytime temperatures to 3°-4° C. in the areas with permanent fog, and up to 13° C. in Eastern Bulgaria. For the region of Sofia – 6° C.
