Bulgaria's Ministry of Education has received a signal of plagiarism in the dissertation of the caretaker Minister of Economy Daniela Vezieva. This is another case that the Commission for Academic Ethics at the department will deal with, but for the first time it is an incumbent minister.

According to the signal, 171 pages in the scientific paper "Development of effective models for capacity building for social entrepreneurship in Bulgaria" have been copied by other authors and sources. The remaining 9 of the 180 pages contain a title and an introduction.
Daniela Vezieva commented to BNR that she has no worries about the inspection.
