More than 1.9 million Bulgarians have already been vaccinated against Covid

1,235 new coronavirus cases have been registered in this country in the past 24 hours, as a day earlier the new cases were 838. 79 percent of the newly infected are non-vaccinated. 5.5% of 22,622 tests returned positive result, according to the portal coronavirus.bg.

The total number of registered ill patients decreased to a level of 98,128. The number of hospitalized patients rose by 69 patients to 4,142. There are 481 people in intensive care. 253 infected people have been admitted to hospitals for a day. 84% of them are not immunized.

In the past day, 34 people with Covid lost their lives. 30 of them were non- vaccinated. The number of recoveries reached 1,532.

3,867 vaccines were administered on Tuesday. 1,900,536 people have already completed the immunization cycle. There are 255,636 people with third administered dose.
