About 30-40% of a total of 53 million Bulgarian levs transferred in advance for the construction of part of the Hemus Motorway to companies presenting themselves as highway builders were actually directed to one political party and that was GERB. This is what Interior Minister Boyko Rashkov said after he appeared for questioning at the Sofia City Prosecutor's Office.
