"A lot of positive feedback has come from Premer Kiril Petkov’s visit to Skopje", Bulgaria’s President Rumen Radev said. Along with all efforts to improve connectivity and economic cooperation between the two countries, we must not forget the fundamental issues than need to be resolved before the start of accession talks between Skopje and the European Union begin. 

North Macedonia must include Macedonian Bulgarians in its constitution, put an end to hate speech and end encroachment on Bulgarian history and culture, Bulgaria’s head of state noted.
