Upon entering the Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office, the Prime Minister said he was carrying a folder of publicly-known materials related to people against whom the Prosecutor's Office had not launched investigation.

According to Lena Borislavova, head of Prime Minister Petkov's office, attacks were being launched against the government on several fronts, indicating that it was on the right track to restoring law and justice.
