Weather forecast for Bulgaria for Friday, February 18

Westerly and northwesterly winds will bring colder air in Bulgaria on Thursday night. Light showers are expected in some parts of the country. Minimum temperatures will fluctuate between 3°C and 8°C, for Sofia-around 3°C.

Moderate to strong northwesterly winds are in the forecast for Friday. Rain is expected on Eastern Bulgaria. Maximum temperatures will range between 9°C and 14°C, for Sofia-around 9°C.

There will be light snow in the mountains on Thursday night. Clouds will dissipate in the morning hours. Strong and hurricane-force winds are expected. Maximum temperatures at an altitude of 1,200 meters will reach 6°C, at 2,000 meters- around minus 1°C.
