The National Academy of Art in Sofia and the Bulgarian Cultural Institute (BCI) in Berlin will celebrate Bulgaria's Liberation Day - March 3, with an exhibition of works by the Academy's professors. The show is part of the program on the occasion of the 125th anniversary of the opening of the Academy of Art in Bulgaria and 60 years since the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Berlin was founded.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on 1 March under the patronage of Elena Shekerletova, Ambassador of Bulgaria to the Federal Republic of Germany, and in the presence of the Rector of the National Academy of Fine Arts prof. Georgi Yankov and prof. Prof. Svilen Stefanov, Deputy Rector of the Academy and curator of the exhibition.
The works will be on view until 25 March at the BCI Gallery in Berlin.
