Premier Kiril Petkov: This is a fratricidal war

Addressing the nation, Bulgaria’s Premier Kiril Petkov said again that Bulgaria was strongly condemning Russia's aggression against Ukraine, even more in light of the fact that that several thousand young soldiers have now died on both sides. "This is fratricidal war," Bulgaria's Prime Minister said.  

Kiril Petkov also announced that Bulgaria has joined the countries that support Ukraine with humanitarian aid and military-logistic support. 

"We have a list of Bulgarians in Kyiv who wish to evacuate. We are waiting for a safe green corridor for their withdrawal," said Kiril Petkov.
