The towns of Varna, Burgas and Dobrich, which accommodated the largest number of refugees from Ukraine, are running out of capacity, Andrey Voynikov from the Center of Bessarabian Bulgarians said in an interview with Radio Varna.
He called on Bulgarians from other district cities to provide the refugees with housing assistance.
