The fourth round of talks between Ukraine and Russia will take place tomorrow, AFP has reported. "We are taking a technical break until tomorrow to do additional work and to clarify certain deadlines," Mykhailo Podoliak, a negotiator and adviser to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wrote on Twitter. Earlier today, the Ukrainian president said in a video address that talks with Moscow were difficult.

"We must defend our positions and fight to achieve peace and security guarantees for our country and people," he said. According to Zelensky, preparing for a meeting between him and Russian President Vladimir Putin was a key task. Amid ceasefire talks, Ukraine and Russia have made mutual accusations of causing the death of civilians with attacks in Kyiv and separatist Donetsk.
