If Russia conquered the entire southern territory of Ukraine, including the Danube territories, there would be risks for Bulgaria, Gen. Subi Subev, former representative of Bulgaria in NATO, told the BNR.
He added that Russia's Black Sea Fleet dominance in the Black Sea was alarming.
