The kukeri festival “Old men in Turia” has made a comeback after a two-year pause because of the coronavirus pandemic.
The festival demonstrates the cultural heritage connected with masquerade games in the lives of Bulgarians, and takes place in the village square of Turia, a village near Pavel Banya, as part of the “Chudomir days”.
