The Bulgarian Food Safety Agency has stopped the shipment of pets and prevented an attempt to cross the Bulgarian-Romanian border with irregular documents, the agency said. 16 dogs and cats with no certificates or with incorrectly filled in or missing data are now housed in a shelter until the inspection is completed.
