In the capacity of witness in the extortion case involving fugitive oligarch, Vasil Bojkov, who is in Dubai, Prime Minister Kiril Petkov gave evidence a second time

After the interrogation in the prosecutor's office, Petkov commented that state budget was harmed because of the political umbrella over Vasil Bozhkov.

Former PM Boyko Borissov, his PR officer Sevdelina Arnaudova and former Finance Minister Vladislav Goranov have also been questioned.

Kiril Petkov was the first witness to have given evidence in mid-March, on the basis of which the National Police general directorate launched an investigation in connection with which Borissov, Goranov and Arnaudova were detained for 24 hours.
