Prime Minister Petkov: No Russian investors in Gemcorp

An in-depth review has been appointed for 5 years back of the Gemcorp consortium with which the government signed a letter of intent for investments in the energy sector in the amount of 1 billion dollars, Prime Minister Kiril Petkov said in the National Assembly. 
"When we signed this letter of intent on their part, we checked whether they had Russian investors and at that time there were none," he explained. In his words, the document is not binding. The prime minister assured that even if there was the slightest doubt, no contract would be signed.
