Bulgaria is among EU countries where young people improve their skills

Young people in Bulgaria are improving their skills, according to the new skills indicator. This country is in the top 20% of 14 EU countries, indicates a survey by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Programme for International Student Assessment PISA, Bulgaria’s Ministry of Education has announced.

According to the survey, skill improvement by young people in this country does not fall short of the level in Estonia, Poland, Portugal and Romania, and is comparable to Germany, Latvia and Slovenia. Bulgaria is also in the top 20% in adult education inclusion.
