Enormous eggs with wonderful Easter pictures painted on them are once again part of the decoration in front of Plovdiv's town council building in the city centre. The 70 cm to 1.20 m. sized-eggs were painted by the students from the National Secondary School for Performing and Screen Arts in the city.
This year, the Easter decorations bear the sign for European Best Destinations for 2022. Plovdiv earned this title with its 4th position in the 13th edition of the prestigious European Best Destinations rankings, with the top 5 destinations earning the right to use the title in all of their communications, media activities, advertising etc.
