Scientists from the Institute of Information and Communication Technologies at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS) will start working on a project for "Auto-adaptive motor brain-machine interface" related to the application of artificial intelligence in the sphere of healthcare, BAS has reported.
The project is funded by the European Commission and aims at enabling people with severe spinal cord injuries perform activities that would otherwise be impossible without additional aids.
