Former caretaker prime minister founded a party

Stefan Yanev has founded a party, named Bulgarski Vuzhod ("Bulgaria on the Rise") on May 5, 2022.

The former caretaker Prime Minister and Minister of Defence in the cabinet of Kiril Petkov, Stefan Yanev founded a new party. 

Yanev announced that his Bulgaria on the Rise party would be "really close to the people" and in constant communication with civil society. 

In his words, there is currently a "gap" between politicians and society. The former war minister expects early elections in the autumn. He predicted that his party will enter the next parliament.
