Dear friends, welcome to Bulgaria Today on May 24- the Day of the Holy Brothers Cyril and Methodius, Bulgarian Alphabet, Education and Culture and of Slavonic Literature!

Here are the main stories:

-Bulgarians in the German town of Papenburg bring together people with Slavic roots. Another Bulgarian Sunday school is to open in Germany’s ship building center.

-Next, the Greek town of Thessaloniki still keeps the spirit of Cyril and Methodius alive. In the hometown of the educators of the Slavs, there are countless sights, some of which are directly related to their life and are worth seeing.

-Why is Cyrillic the alphabet of people for Bulgarians in Hamburg? The Festival of the Bulgarian Alphabet brings together many Bulgarians living in Germany for the second year in a row.
