In the last days of the month, the largest mass relocation of Ukrainian refugees in Bulgaria is expected to take place - about 35,000 people. This was said in Burgas by the chairman of the Refugee Agency Mariana Tosheva, who is on a working visit to the city, BNR Burgas reported.

Ukrainian refugees were warned when settling in hotels along the Bulgaria Black Sea coast that they would have to move out of there by May 31 so as not to interfere with the summer tourist season. The goal is to begin the integration of refugees into society, Tosheva said.

165 hotels have joined the new refugee accommodation programme for BGN 10 and 15 (EUR 5.11 and EUR 7.67), which will run from the beginning of June. In the resort of Sunny Beach, where there are the most Ukrainians, such accommodation sites are the least numerous. Most of them are in Kiten, Ahtopol, Tsarevo.
