Ivan Geshev requests an opinion from the National Bureau over specialized prosecutors’ special intelligence means

Bulgaria's Prosecutor General Ivan Geshev requested an opinion from the National Bureau for Control of Special Intelligence Means ( the National Bureau) and Bulgaria’s National Assembly regarding the procedures of cessation of use of special intelligence means after the closure of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office on July 27, the Prosecutor’s Office said.

The Prosecution notes that it is not clear which court should receive the documents for the use of special intelligence means related to cases of the Specialized Prosecutor's Office.
