Reports of dead dolphins on the Black Sea coast

Since May, the Balchik Municipal Security Council has received several reports of dead dolphins. The latest reports were from Albena beach over the weekend - from the north and south of the complex.

A total of 25 alerts have been filed this spring, Marian Tsvetkov, a representative of the municipality, told BNR Varna. The most common cause of dolphin deaths is human activity.
