Permanent strengthening of stability and the expansion of the transport connectivity in the Black Sea region and the Caucasus is of key importance for stimulating the investments and partnership between Bulgaria and Armenia. This is the position of President Rumen Radev and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan, who is on a visit to Bulgaria.
