President Rumen Radev congratulated US President Joe Biden on the occasion. of Independence Day, July 4. “As strategic allies, our two countries are cooperating for tackling regional and world challenges,” Rumen Radev points out, and lays emphasis on the meaningful bilateral agenda in many spheres.
