Bulgaria reports 842 new Covid-19 cases, more than 10,000 recoveries

842 is the number of new Covid-19 cases out of 5,149 preformed in the country in the past day, 199 up on the previous day. The positivity rate stands at 16%, the same as on Thursday, Single Coronavirus Information Portal data show.  

The number of active cases in the country has dropped by 9,169 to 17,405.

76 is the number of new hospital admissions in the past 24 hours, 60 or 79% of them are not vaccinated. The number of patients being treated in hospital is up by 15 to 440, of them 37 in intensive care.

One Covid-related death has been reported in the past 24 hours, the person was not vaccinated. The number of recoveries reported is 10,010.

2,548 doses of vaccine have been administered in Bulgaria on Thursday.
