We Continue the Change are 4 MPs short of securing parliamentary majority

"We will return the mandate for forming a government to the president unfulfilled, unfortunately we were not able to find 121 MPs to support our program," said candidate for prime minister Assen Vassilev from We Continue the Change. 

He explained that his party had managed to secure the support of 117 MPs - not enough for a parliamentary majority - and hoped to gather more support in the next National Assembly.
