"I am here to confirm my country's firm support for Montenegro on its European path. Montenegro is the most advanced country in the EU enlargement process". This was stated by Bulgaria's President Rumen Radev during his visit to the Balkan country at a joint press conference with his Montenegrin counterpart Milo Đukanović

Radev expressed hope that the reforms in Montenegro will be accelerated and we will soon be able to welcome it as a full member of the EU. He emphasized that Bulgaria is ready to help in this process with its accumulated knowledge and experience.

"We think that the EU's biggest investment for the peace and stability of Europe is the integration of the Western Balkans," Milo Đukanović pointed out.
