The Bulgarian Ministry of Economy has refuted information published by the German paper "Bild", which reads that "Bulgaria has delivered 100% of the weapons promised to Ukraine for a price of 3.5 million euros".

According to the Bulgarian Ministry, "the information does not correspond to the truth and is false news". The Ministry of Economy points out that Bulgaria has provided only protective equipment - helmets and bulletproof vests.

Data from a report by the Kiel Institute for the World Economy were interpreted incorrectly by the media, the ministry added.
