Bulgaria is at risk of losing the 2.5 billion euros provided for this year under the Recovery and Resilience Plan if it does not implement the necessary reforms, said outgoing Innovation and Growth Minister Daniel Lorer in Brussels, where he met with Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Margrethe Vestager.
