At least three people were killed and 15 injured in a rocket attack in the Ukrainian city of Dnipro. According to the governor of Dnipropetrovsk region, Valentin Reznichenko, the rockets hit an industrial zone and a nearby busy street.

The Russian Defense Ministry said the cruise missile strike on the Ukrainian city of Vinnytsia targeted a building where officials from Ukraine's armed forces were meeting with foreign arms suppliers. Ukraine, however, denied that a military target had been struck and said the target had been a cultural center used by retired veterans. In his video address tonight, President Volodymyr Zelensky said four people were still being sought after the attack and 200 had sought help.

Ukrainian missile strikes have destroyed more than 30 Russian military logistics centers in recent weeks and significantly reduced Russia's offensive potential, a spokesman for Ukraine's Defense Ministry said.

Ukraine received from Great Britain the first delivery of modern long-range rocket systems, capable of hitting targets in a radius of up to 80 km, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced on Twitter. "The first M270s have arrived! They will make good company for HIMARS on the battlefield,” he wrote, referring to the American precision strike missile systems that have recently been deployed in the war.

The final document "Black Sea Initiative" will soon be ready, which will allow the export of cereals from Ukraine, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced, as quoted by AFP. The news came after talks between Moscow, Kyiv, Ankara and the UN held in Istanbul. The negotiated agreement aims to export about 20 million tonnes of cereals blocked in Ukrainian warehouses through the Black Sea. The deal should ease Russian grain and fertilizer exports hit by Western sanctions.
