The second meeting of the Joint Intergovernmental Commission under Art. 12 of the Treaty of Friendship, Good Neighbourliness and Cooperation between Sofia and Skopje began on Sunday at the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Bulgarian Telegraph Agency (BTA) reported.
