The United States will support the Black Sea countries to prevent corruption. The USA will strengthen their support for the Three Seas Initiative, a bill submitted to the United States Congress stipulates. The creation of a joint, multinational Black Sea headquarters responsible for all military activities in the region is being considered.

High-level officials from the United States Department of State or other partner agencies will be dispatched to the Black Sea region at least twice a year to deter Russian and Chinese influence, reads the document, quoted by BGNES.
